Cynthia Bolton is a highly experienced leader in gifted and talented education, with significant experience across Qatar Foundation’s Pre-University Education division. As former Head of Gifted Support (Academic Affairs), she helped establish the Qatar Foundation Gifted Enrichment Programs in partnership with the Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth (CTY).
At Lighthouse Academy, Cynthia leads work across gifted education, school partnerships, EdTech services, and talent development, helping ensure that school-facing provision remains rigorous, practical, and aligned with strong educational practice.
Samuel Mott is the Founder of Lighthouse Academy and an Educational Consultant specialising in gifted and academic support services. A former Head of Gifted & Talented at King’s College Doha, he brings direct experience in helping schools identify, develop, and support learners whose strengths may otherwise go unnoticed.
Working alongside Cynthia Bolton, Samuel supports the development of Lighthouse Academy Global School Solutions, helping schools build high-challenge, high-care provision that is grounded in real practice and designed for sustained impact.
